Our workforce are the reason we are able to look after the people of Lincolnshire. Keeping staff in their roles, and helping them to develop and work towards a better work/life balance is one of the main aims of the People Hub.

To do this, we are:

  • Establishing robust processes in order to understand why people leave their roles and what we can do to retain them
  • Develop different support mechanisms aimed at different career stages
  • Enable innovative flexible working arrangements and support managers to make positive changes in the workplace
  • Review ideas and implement financial incentives to help retain staff and support with cost of living.
