Welcome to the Lincolnshire System Allyship Toolkit.
The aims of this toolkit are:
- To provide a bank of tools and resources on the Importance of Allyship;
- To embed a thriving Allyship support programme around creating compassionate, civil and respectful working cultures;
- To support staff in how to practice Allyship;
- To raise awareness of how effective Allyship can support staff health and wellbeing and the feeling they “belong”.
