There is extensive research into the benefits of spending time in nature, the act of simply contemplating nature helps to rest and recharge our brains and has positive benefits on our physical, mental and social wellbeing. 

Being physically active is good for both mental and physical health and walking is a great way to get out and get active. It provides opportunities to chat to others, to explore and it makes us feel good!

No need to book just turn up on the day. The walks will commence from Cherry Fields Car park at 6pm.

On arrival in the Cherry Fields car park please ensure that you display a parking pass in your car windscreen – these will be available in a box in the car park.

 Please ensure that you dress appropriately for the weather and terrain. The walks will take place on uneven ground and plan to be around 30-45 minutes so a basic level of fitness will be required.

Please complete the Health Questionnaire and bring this with you to your first session.

We have limited access to drinks and toilet facilities. There is no electricity or running water on the site so please bring drinks and snacks with you. We have access to wipes and hand sanitiser.
